👩🍳 Instructions
冷凍スポンジケーキ（6号）1台を用意します。ケーキの焼き色がついている部分を切り落とします。ケーキを半分にスライスし、さらにスライスした片方を半分にスライスします。これで3枚のスポンジケーキができます。うち1枚を円形にくり抜いてリング状にします。このリング状のスポンジケーキを、ラップを敷いたボウルの中に敷き詰めます。
いちご8粒のへたを取り、半分に切っておきます。
氷水にあてたボウルに生クリーム（36%と45%を各125cc）とてんさい糖（大さじ2）を入れ、ハンドミキサーで8分立てに泡立てます。
リング状のスポンジケーキの内側に泡立てた生クリームを塗り広げ、切っておいたいちごを並べます。その上に丸くくり抜いたスポンジケーキを乗せ、さらに生クリームを塗り、いちごを並べます。
残りのスポンジケーキを上から被せ、ラップで全体を覆い、冷蔵庫で約30分以上冷やし固めます。
冷やし固めたケーキを皿に出し、残りの生クリームを全体に塗ります。
いちごやクリスマス飾り（サンタ、Merry Christmasプレート、柊の飾りなど）を飾って完成です。

生クリームは氷水にあてながら泡立てることで、しっかりと泡立ち、分離しにくくなります。
