👩🍳 Instructions
ホットケーキミックス75gを計量し、ボウルに入れる。
チョコレート3枚（150g）を銀紙の上から割って、耐熱ボウルに入れる。
スーパーカップ（バニラ）1個（200ml）をチョコレートの入ったボウルに加える。
600Wの電子レンジで約1分20秒加熱し、チョコレートとアイスクリームを溶かす。
泡立て器でよく混ぜ、余熱でチョコレートを完全に溶かす。
もしチョコレートのダマが残っていたら、600Wの電子レンジでさらに約10秒〜20秒加熱し、ダマがなくなるまで混ぜる。
計量しておいたホットケーキミックスを加え、粉が見えなくなるまで混ぜ合わせる。
生地を型に流し入れ、2回ほどトントンと軽く叩いて空気を抜く。
電子レンジの真ん中に型を置き、600Wで約3分50秒加熱する。
竹串を刺して生生地がついてこなければ焼き上がり。焼き立ては柔らかいので、型に入れたまま網の上で粗熱を取る。
粗熱が取れたらお好みで粉糖を振りかけ、切り分けて完成。
💡 Tips & Points
板チョコは銀紙の上から割ると手が汚れずに済む。
レンジ加熱後、チョコレートが完全に溶けていなくても余熱で溶けるので大丈夫。
型に生地を流し入れたら、2回ほどトントンと軽く叩いて空気を抜くと良い。
焼き立ては柔らかいので、型に入れたまま粗熱を取ることで崩れにくくなる。
粉糖を振るとガトーショコラらしく見栄えが良くなる。
