👩‍🍳 Instructions

鍋に片栗粉大さじ2と水250mlを入れ、弱めの中火でとろみがつくまで混ぜながら加熱します。

とろみがついたら火を止め、卵1個を割り入れて全体が均一になるまでよく混ぜます。

ホットケーキミックス150gを加え、粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜ合わせます。（お好みでココアや抹茶を大さじ1〜2加えても美味しく作れます。）

クッキングシートを敷いた耐熱容器（15cm角・深さ8cm程度）に生地を流し入れ、蓋をして600Wの電子レンジで5分加熱します。

加熱後、容器から取り出し、お好みの大きさにカットして完成です。

💡 Tips & Points

ココアや抹茶を加えてアレンジする際は、大さじ1〜2を目安に量を調整してください。
