👩🍳 Instructions
ボウルに卵を割り入れ、グラニュー糖、牛乳、溶かしバターを加えてよく混ぜ合わせます。
ホットケーキミックスを加えて、粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜ合わせます。
カップケーキ型に生地を流し込みます。
170℃に予熱したオーブンで20〜25分焼きます。
焼きあがったカップケーキの粗熱を取ります。
お好みでホイップクリームやチョコペン、フルーツなどでデコレーションして完成です。
💡 Tips & Points
生地を混ぜすぎると膨らみが悪くなったり、食感が重くなります。粉っぽさがなくなるまで混ぜたら作業を止めましょう。
ホットケーキミックスには砂糖や油脂、塩分がすでに含まれているため、追加する際はレシピ通りの分量を守りましょう。
ホットケーキミックスは焼き色がつきやすいため、焼き色がつきすぎそうになったら途中でアルミホイルをかぶせましょう。
