サツマイモのヘタをカットし、鳴門金時（ほくほく系）には目印として切り込みを入れる。

それぞれのサツマイモをアルミホイルでしっかりと包む。

フライパンに水1cm程度を注ぎ入れる。

アルミホイルで包んだサツマイモをフライパンに並べる。

中火で沸騰させたら弱火にし、蓋をして50分間蒸し焼きにする。

焼き上がったサツマイモを取り出し、アルミホイルを剥がして完成。

蓋をしっかりと閉めて蒸し焼きにすることで、水分が逃げずにしっとりとした仕上がりになります。
