ボウルを用意します。
明治エッセルスーパーカップ（チョコクッキー味）1個を開封し、中身をボウルに移します。
電子レンジで650W1分加熱し、スーパーカップを溶かします。
溶けたスーパーカップを泡立て器で混ぜ、しっかり溶かします。
溶かしたスーパーカップが入ったボウルを計りの上に乗せ、ホットケーキミックス150gを加えます。
粉がこぼれないようにゆっくりと、しっとり重くなるまで混ぜます。
膨らむことを考慮して少し大きめのタッパーに、大きさに合わせてカットしたクッキングシートを敷きます。
混ぜ合わせた生地をタッパーの中へ全部入れ、ゴムベラ等で軽く平らにします。
ラップをふんわりとかけ、電子レンジで650W3分加熱します。
加熱後、火傷に注意して取り出し、竹串を刺して生地がべっとりくっついてこなければ焼き上がりです。
タッパーから丁寧に蒸しパンを取り出し、底のクッキングシートを外して網の上で粗熱を取ります。
お皿に盛り付けて完成です。
💡 Tips & Points
最初にスーパーカップを少し常温で置いておくと、中身を取り出しやすくなります。
ホットケーキミックスを混ぜる際は、粉がこぼれやすいのでゆっくりと混ぜ始めましょう。
生地の表面は完璧に綺麗にしなくても、大体平になっていれば大丈夫です。少しボコボコしている方が美味しそうに見えます。
