👩🍳 Instructions
室温に戻した無塩バターをゴムベラでクリーム状にする。
砂糖、きび砂糖を加えて白っぽくなるまですり混ぜる。
溶き卵を3回に分けて加え、その都度よく混ぜ合わせる。
ホットケーキミックスと純ココアパウダーをふるいながら加え、ゴムベラで切るように混ぜる。
牛乳を加えて混ぜ合わせる。
ミックスナッツとビターチョコレートを加え、混ぜ合わせる。
クッキングシートを敷いた天板に生地をスプーン2本で落とし、間隔をあけて置く。
生地をスプーンで軽く平らにする。
生地の上にミックスナッツとビターチョコレートをトッピングする。
170℃に予熱したオーブンで15分焼く。
焼き上がったら網に乗せて粗熱を取る。

溶き卵は分離しないように少しずつ加えることで、なめらかな生地に仕上がります。
生地をスプーンで平らにすることで、均一に火が通りやすくなります。
焼き上がったクッキーは粗熱を取ることで、サクサクとした食感になります。
