板ゼラチン10gをハサミで切り、氷水に浸してふやかします。

鍋に牛乳500mlと加糖練乳60gを入れます。

鍋を火にかけ、混ぜながら60℃くらいに温めます。

火から下ろした鍋に、水気を絞った板ゼラチンを加え、溶けるまでよく混ぜます。

鍋底を氷水に当て、混ぜながら25~30℃くらいまで冷まします。

プリン液を濾しながらグラスに注ぎます。

グラスにラップをかけ、冷蔵庫で5時間以上冷やし固めます。
