👩‍🍳 Instructions

無塩バター40gを耐熱ボウルに入れ、600Wの電子レンジで約40秒加熱して溶かす。

オーブンを170℃に予熱する。

溶かしたバターが入ったボウルに、ホットケーキミックス75gとケーキシロップ大さじ1を加える。

コーンフレーク40g（飾り用に少し残しておく）を加え、ゴムベラで粉気がなくなるまで刻むように混ぜる。完全に粉々にせず、ゴツゴツ感を残す。

クッキングシートを敷いた天板に、スプーン2つを使って生地を大さじ1程度ずつ間隔をあけて落とす。

残しておいたコーンフレークを生地の表面にのせ、少し押し付けながら形を整える。

170℃に予熱したオーブンに入れ、約15分焼く。オーブンによって焼き時間が異なるため、様子を見ながら焼く。

焼き上がったらフライ返しであみの上にのせ、冷まして完成。

コーンフレークは完全に粉々にせず、ゴツゴツとした食感を残す程度に混ぜる。
