鍋に水200ccと粉寒天3gを入れ、よく混ぜる。
中火にかけ、煮立たせる。
弱火にして1分煮る。
砂糖50gとこしあん250gを加えて混ぜ、溶かす。
耐熱容器に流し込み、栗の甘露煮8個を並べる。
冷蔵庫で1〜2時間冷やし固める。
