ボウルにスキムミルク80gと練乳100gを入れます。

スパチュラで全体がまとまるまでよく混ぜ合わせます。

まとまった生地をクッキングシートの上にのせ、もう1枚のクッキングシートで挟みます。

めん棒で厚さ5mm程度になるように平らに伸ばします。

クッキングシートで挟んだまま耐熱皿に移し、電子レンジ600Wで1分加熱します。

加熱後、再度めん棒で平らに伸ばし、粗熱が取れたら冷蔵庫で冷やします。

クッキングシートをはがし、好みの大きさに切り分けたら完成です。
