👩‍🍳 Instructions

卵を常温に戻しておく。

サラダ油20gを計量する。

牛乳90mlを計量する。

ボウルに卵1個を割り入れ、泡立て器でよくほぐす。

卵に、はちみつ大さじ3を加えて混ぜる。

牛乳90mlを加えて混ぜる。

ホットケーキミックス150gを一気に加え、「の」の字を書くように手早く混ぜる。混ぜすぎないように注意。

サラダ油20gを加え、底にたまった油をすくい上げるようにして混ぜる。混ぜすぎないように注意。

生地をマグカップ3つにそれぞれ半量ずつ流し入れる。

電子レンジ500Wで約1分30秒加熱する。※一つずつ加熱する。

加熱後、膨らんだマグカップケーキを取り出す。

💡 Tips & Points

卵は常温に戻しておくと、他の材料と混ざりやすくなります。

ホットケーキミックスを加えた後は、混ぜすぎると粘りが出て膨らみにくくなるため、手早く「の」の字を書くようにして混ぜましょう。

電子レンジの機種によっては加熱ムラがあるため、マグカップの位置を調整（動画では火力の強い右側を避けて左寄りに置く）することで、均等に膨らませることができます。

動画のレシピ（3人分）を純粋に3で割った量の卵（約20g）を使うとふわふわに仕上がります。一方、1人分を卵まるまる1個で作ると、しっとりとした食感になります。
