結婚式の引き菓子（マドレーヌとフィナンシェ）のラッピングをします。
50人分のリボンを準備し、袋に入った引き菓子にリボンを結びます。
リボンに「for you」のカードを付けます。
引き菓子を50個作成します。
ウェディングケーキの材料や道具を発注し、デザインを検討します。
ウェディングケーキの構成をスケッチに描きます。
ウェディングケーキに使用する造花を買いに行きます。
会場に到着し、事前に作ったマジパンのリボンやバラ、準備したフルーツ、ナッペ済みのケーキ台などをセッティングします。
ナッペ済みのケーキ台に生クリームで絞り飾りを施します。
ケーキの角が丸かったので、パレットナイフで切り落とし修正します。
いちご、ラズベリー、ブルーベリー、レッドカラントなどのフルーツを盛り付けます。
生クリームで下段にドレープ状の絞り飾りを施します。
ハート型のチョコレートプレートに「Happy Wedding」と新郎新婦の名前、日付をパイピングで書きます。（練習）

ケーキ台や周りに付いたクリームの汚れを修正します。
ケーキをスタンドに移動させ、造花を飾り付けます。
マジパンのリボンとバラの飾りをケーキに配置します。
全体のバランスを見ながら汚れや位置を最終調整します。
💡 Tips & Points
絞りも飾りも盛り沢山のほうが見栄えも良く、客席から見えにくい細かな部分は豪華に仕上げると良い。
絞り飾りは客席からも見えるようにかなり太めに施すのがおすすめ。
リボンを垂らす際は、他の飾りを全て一旦避けて作業すると良い。
