薄力粉100gをボウルに入れます。

ブラウンシュガー20g、塩1g、ベーキングパウダー3gをボウルに加え、泡立て器で混ぜ合わせます。

生クリーム60gをボウルに加え、ゴムベラで混ぜます。

冷たいバター30gを加え、手で混ぜ合わせます。

生地をクッキースタンプで型抜きします。

チョコチップ30gを生地に加え、手で丸めます。

型抜きした生地と丸めた生地を天板に並べ、オーブンで焼きます。
